• Local processing only: All operations, including conversation capture and file creation, occur entirely on your device.
• No account or sign-in: The extension does not require any login or authentication.

How We Use Permissions

• Tabs & activeTab: Used only to detect the correct tab where the GPT conversation is open so the tool can capture and save the conversation you request.
• Scripting: Injects a script into the active chat page to extract the visible conversation for archiving.
• Storage: Used locally to remember your extension settings (if any).

These permissions are used strictly for the extension’s single purpose — saving conversations you choose to archive.

Third-Party Services

The extension does not use any analytics, tracking, or advertising services. We include an optional “Buy Me a Coffee” link for voluntary contributions, which will direct you to an external payment page. Any transaction is processed entirely by that payment provider, and we do not collect or store payment information.

Data Storage and Retention

All conversation data is processed locally in your browser. Saved files remain on your device and are never transmitted to us.

Security

Because we do not collect or transmit any personal data, there is no risk of unauthorized access through our systems. Security of your saved files depends on how you manage them on your own device.
